• May

The May Day celebrations went well I heard in the town, it is always a big event in the towns calendar and well worth attending (may attend next year). I heard some of it from the garden.

My creative space has been a small plastic box file this week. I have been making mini memory books at work. These hold small gifts, photos and notes.

I have also completed another embroidery for the Embroiderers Guild group book exchange. I based mine around a book 'Linea in Monet's Garden'. The lady whose book it was likes felt peices and this helped with the choice of materials used.

The vase of flowers, show the lilly type flower given to me last month to plant in the garden. Love a bit of early May sunshine to bring on the garden and to start putting out plants that have been protected indoors.

Listening - to Perry Commo with my dad.

Loving - my niece who I shall see Friday.

Thinking - of change (I wrote a great quote in my diary from Maya Angelou on change)

Watching - last night I watched Nashville (love a bit of country).

Wanting - a cup of tea

    Practicing - mindfulness

Learning - to do the things I enjoy

Enjoy your day - drawn - stitch - observe and be creative.
