When I first started journaling it was a habit that was easily
broken, a stop start and wanting it to be different. It went from
elaborate pages to little jots in biro. When time just slips through
our fingers and time management seems too much. A simple
routine can seem like an indulgence, so it is easily put off.
Events happen in life or we take time to re-evaluate what
is part of us. We can't write or we can't create we slowly lose
who we are. Sometimes this seem like a long time or it can seem
like just the breath we need.
Each day is a gift, although sometimes it seemed like a chore.
So I started with one positive word a day and it grew. By doing a
small thing each day it gave me a space.
My words grew and my creativity returned, space became mine.
I believe in journaling. Not prompts or tips but your self and from
you alone.
Journaling Monday and Wednesday. Come and try start with
5 weeks. Space on Mondays.
